Arizona Governor Doug Ducey signed CAP-supported bill SB 1394 to update and enhance Arizona’s abortion reporting laws. Sponsored by Sen. Nancy Barto, this new law will provide critical data to state policymakers and interested parties as they seek to improve the health and wellbeing of Arizonans. Good policy requires good data.

Arizonans are grateful to the pro-life leadership of Gov. Ducey, Sen. Barto, and a majority of pro-life state legislators.
